1. Download the PDF and print full size.
2. Cut the habit tracker inserts along the dotted lines so it will fit into your planner.
3. Tape the insert into the space of infinite possibilities at the top only. This way you can still flip the insert up to still use and write in the space of infinite possibility underneath!
4. The reward column is a little incentive you can set yourself if you complete your goals! (Ex: If I workout 3x this week I will reward myself with a cupcake!)
